When in Omaha last month, I joined some friends on a snowy morning for a farewell breakfast at Amato's for ricotta berry pancakes before I skidded out of town. Yes, I said ricotta berry pancakes. They are every bit as good as they sound (6:55). Mr. Amato makes his own ricotta (see 5:40). yum. How did I not ever go here when I lived in Omaha?
